We offer single, double, and triple sharing rooms. All rooms come fully furnished with study desks, wardrobes, comfortable mattresses, and high-speed WiFi. AC and non-AC options are available based on your preference.
Monthly rent includes 4 meals a day, high-speed WiFi, daily housekeeping, weekly laundry, 24/7 security with CCTV, electricity (within fair usage), and access to study lounges.
Yes! We have separate PG properties for boys and girls. Sanvi Girls PG and Lakshmi Girls PG are exclusively for female residents. Krishna Boys PG is for male residents. Balaji PG is unisex. Visit our PG listings page for details.

5-10 minutes walking distance from Maharaja Agrasen College, Shaheed Rajguru College, and Drishti IAS. Metro station and bus stops are nearby for easy commute.
Limited two-wheeler parking available. No four-wheeler parking. The location is well-connected by metro and buses.

24/7 security guards, CCTV surveillance, biometric entry, on-site wardens, fire safety equipment, and emergency protocols. Visitor entry is logged and monitored.
Visitors allowed 10 AM–8 PM with valid ID registration. No overnight guests, ensuring safety and privacy for all residents.
🍽️ Food & Meals
We serve vegetarian North Indian meals with weekly rotating menu. Special dietary needs accommodated with advance notice.
Meal timings: breakfast 8-10 AM, lunch 12-2 PM, snacks 5-6 PM, dinner 8-10 PM. Packed food available if informed in advance.

One-month notice required. Security deposit refundable after notice period and room inspection. Early termination without notice may forfeit deposit.
