We offer single, double, and triple sharing rooms. All rooms come fully furnished with study desks, wardrobes, comfortable mattresses, and high-speed WiFi. AC and non-AC options are available based on your preference.

Monthly rent includes 4 meals a day, high-speed WiFi, daily housekeeping, laundry services, 24/7 security with CCTV monitoring, electricity charges (within fair usage), and access to common areas including study lounges.

We are located within walking distance (5-10 minutes) from Maharaja Agrasen College, Shaheed Rajguru College, and Drishti IAS. Metro station and bus stops are also nearby for easy commute to other Delhi University colleges.

Your safety is our priority. We have 24/7 security guards, CCTV surveillance, biometric entry system, and on-site wardens. Visitor entry is logged and monitored. We also have fire safety equipment and emergency protocols in place.

You can book by calling us at +91 98116 70798, messaging on WhatsApp, or filling out the form on our contact page. We recommend scheduling a visit first. A security deposit and first month's rent are required.

Visitors are allowed during designated hours (10 AM to 8 PM). All visitors must register at reception with valid ID. Overnight guests are not permitted for everyone's safety and privacy.

We serve freshly cooked vegetarian North Indian meals with a weekly rotating menu. Special dietary needs can be accommodated with advance notice. We serve breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner daily.

A one-month notice period is required before vacating. The security deposit is refundable after the notice period and room inspection. Early termination without notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
